Account Menu
The main menu (far left side) contains all of the important sections of your account to customize, or to view analytics about the success of your program with Shipment Guard. The following overview breaks down each section, with a link to learn more.
Claims
The claims page contains a history of all customer submitted claims including their latest status and basic analytics. To learn more about an individual claim, click the row to pull up the order details page.
Order Editing
The Order Editing section gives you complete access to customize how the Order Editing widget appears to customers and which modules are enabled to reduce customer service tickets. We recommend to review our modules guide below which breaks down each module with helpful information.
Display
The display section allows you to customize the design & text content shown to customers on your website and within email notifications. Our goal is to make Shipment Guard appear as a natural extension to your brand versus a standalone process.
Automations
The automations section helps your brand configure how claims should be handled automatically by Shipment Guard based on your rules. You can also setup exclusions for products that are not eligible for protection. Lastly, we also give you the ability to run A/B testing campaigns for your order protection program to better understand the best pricing to drive revenue.
Analytics
The analytics section helps your team understand how well the TryFit program is working for your Shopify store including pre-trial and post-trial insights. The feedback analytics page aggerates all of your customer's responses from our Insights Email post-trial to help your team understand what customers loved or could be improved with your program.
General Settings
The settings page contains your general account settings, protection settings, order editing settings, integrations, and billing. We recommend to review the program settings for each section in order to customize them to your brand's goals.
