Overview
This article will walk you through customizing the Email Notification which is sent to your customers when they file a claim and when a resolution decision is made by your team.
Get Started
Within your account go to: Display > Email Notifications , to begin the customization process.
This page consists of various settings of settings such as:

Custom Sender Domain (Shopify Plus only)
Design
This section allows you to customize all aspects of the email notification being sent to your customers. We recommend to customize both subject lines to better match your program:
Submit line for claim submission - sent to the customer once they successfully submit a new claim.
Subject line for claim follow-up - sent to the customer when their claim is approved or denied.
Lastly, be sure to customize the button color to match your design guidelines for claim form for consistency.
Email Settings
By default, we insert your brand name, and store email, but we recommend to update these values to better match your store. Be sure to upload your logo as well, so customers can better identify your email communication.
Custom Sender Domain
This feature allows all email communication from Shipment Guard to use your brand's customized email address (ex: [email protected]) versus coming from ([email protected]).
