Overview

This article will walk you through the benefits of Product Protection and helpful guides to get started on configuring your program.

Get Started

Beyond our demo of the platform, we highly recommend to review the following areas in your account.

Program Settings

This section helps you to define the cart protection %, maximum cart total and claim time limit. In addition, you can also configure international support for your program and store credit usage for protection opt-in or resolution.

  • Click General Settings > Protection Program

Claim Flow Customization

This section allows you to customize how the claims flow appears to your customers. We give you the complete flexibility to control all branding aspects to match your store.

  • Click Display > Claims Flow

Email Notifications

This section controls the appearance of the email that is sent to customers when a claim is submitted or when your team responds to the claim (approve or deny).

  • Click Display > Email Notifications
