Learn how to manage your pricing plan, including updating your subscription, and understanding billing cycles.

Overview

Shipment Guard offers three plans today which offer various features and services which can be fully customized to meet your brand's needs. Our Starter and Growth plans are fixed monthly costs per month, with unlimited order processing. Whereas, our Enterprise plan is usage based and pricing is determined by your order volume in a given month.


Understanding billing cycles & billing method

Shipment Guard's billing cycle & method vary depending on the specific plan that you're on:

  • Starter and Growth Plan: Any subscription fees will be charged on a monthly basis after the initial 7 day trial is completed, and will be included in your Shopify invoice.

  • Enterprise Plan: Similar to the Starter and Growth Plan, your Enterprise plan billing will also occur via Shopify, with the difference that billing will include usage-based fees based on order volume. All charges will be consolidated, allowing you to easily see the breakdown within your Shopify subscription billing.


Changing your plan

You can change your plan at any time. To make changes:

1. From your Shipment Guard account, go to General Settings > Billing

2. Click Change Plan.

3. Choose your new plan.

Once confirmed, changes take effect immediately.
