Klaviyo Integration

Overview

The Klaviyo Integration with Shipment Guard, will allow your team to receive activity updates to a customer's profile when orders are edited or shipping protection claims are filed. This allows your team to setup automated flows to send custom branded notifications to your customers or to build segmentation for reporting.


Connect Klaviyo to Shipment Guard

To get started using Klaviyo with your Shipment Guard account, you'll need to authorize the Klaviyo connection.

Go to: General Settings > Integrations > Klaviyo

  • Click the Connect button

  • A modal will appear asking you to authorize the integration (Continue, then Approve).

Once completed, the status will change to "Connected".


Customer Activity Events

When a customer performs an action within the Shipment Guard platform, such as editing an order or filing a claim, an event is triggered to Klaviyo. This data is stored within the customer's profile which contains helpful information around their order.

From here, your team can setup customized email notification flows to the customer or buildout segmented reporting for your internal needs. Today we send the following event triggers to Klaviyo:

Order Editing

  • Validated Shipping Address

  • Updated Shipping Address

  • Add Product to Order

  • Switched Product Variants

  • Download Order Receipt

Order Protection

  • Purchased order protection
