Overview
The Rivo Integration with Shipment Guard, will allow you to award customers points for opting into your order protection service - thereby offering an additional avenue to grow loyalty.
Connect Rivo to Shipment Guard
To get started using Rivo with your Shipment Guard account, you'll need to add your credentials to connect. If you're unsure where to find your credentials, follow this tutorial from Rivo.
Go to: General Settings > Integrations > Rivo
Add your Account API Key
Once completed, the status will change to "Connected".
Configure Rivo with Order Protection
Today we offer the ability to award loyalty points to customers when they opt-into your order protection service at checkout. By awarding loyalty points it further helps connect the customer to your loyalty program offering.
To get started go to: General Settings > Protection Program > Claims
Within this section select the checkbox to: "give bonus loyalty points for protection opt-in", then decide how many points to enter into the text field.
Once the order is fulfilled in Shopify, the loyalty points will be credited to the customer's account in Rivo.
