Order Editing Modules

Today we support 14 modules aimed at helping customer self-service edit the more common situations related to their order or account - without having to contact your CS team. Each of the modules below are linked to their individual support article to help you get started:


Installation

Getting started with our Order Editing widget should take less than 1 minute to install to your Shopify theme. Shipment Guard uses UI Extensions that can be added directly into your Thank You and Order Status page.

Installation Steps

Within your Shopify admin panel, please follow these instructions:

  • Click Settings > Checkout > Customize (live theme).

  • At the top of the screen click the dropdown and select Thank you.

  • Within the left side "Order details" section > click on Add app block and select "Order Edit - Thank You".

Once added, you should begin to see the Order Editing widget within your Thank You page preview. We recommend to keep it under the Customer Information area, but you can freely move it around as needed.

Next, we also need to add the Order Editing widget to your Order Status page since customers will routinely click back to this page. The installation steps will be similar to adding the thank you widget.

  • At the top of the screen click the dropdown and select Order status.

  • Within the left side "Order status" section > click on Add app block and select "Order Edit - Order Status".

We recommend to keep it at the top of the page (above Return Status). Be sure to click Save on the top right, and then you're all done.
