Overview
This module gives customers the ability to contact your customer support team with questions on their order, which in turns creates a ticket within your helpdesk solution (depending on the option selected).
Get Started
To begin configuring this module go to: Order Editing > Create support ticket
Module Preview
There are a few area of customization within the left side settings:
General Settings - customize all text associated with the module, including the title, and button text.
Contact Method - select how Shipment Guard should notify your team of this support request:
Send an email (enter 1 email address belonging to your team)
Create a new ticket (requires integration to be connected).
If you decide to select a connected helpdesk option, be sure to customize the ticket content by going to: General Settings > Integrations > (select helpdesk) > Ticket creation settings.
Support Topics - by default a few of the more common support topics are shown. You can customize this text or add more topics by clicking "Add another topic".
