Overview

This article will walk you through customizing the Claims Flow to better match your brand guidelines and ensure your customers have a great experience.

Get Started

Within your account go to: Display > Claims Flow , to begin the customization process.

This page consists of various sections of settings including:

  • General Fields & Labels

  • Design

  • Form URL

General Fields & Labels

This section allows you to control the display of text for every page within the claims flow. Simply click the top dropdown (defaulted to the Welcome page) and select a different page in the flow to begin customizing this text.

Each page will have various fields or additional settings depending on the content displayed to the customer.

Advanced Resolution Options

Within the selected page "Resolution Options", there is an Advanced Settings area which allows you to control which options are shown to customers. You can also select which method should have your "recommended" tag for resolution.

Edit Shipping Address

This claim form page directly integrates with Address Guard to make sure any shipping address changes are validated to be accurate. The goal is to eliminate failed deliveries and wasted fees associated with undeliverable issues. If the customer types in an invalid address, we will prompt the user and ask them to make an update.

Within your Address Guard account, you have full visibility into any address validations, updates or ignored warnings - helping to give your brand a complete view of the claim addresses being processed.

Learn more about Address Guard or learn to setup our integration.

Design

This section controls all branding colors including text, buttons, font and logo used throughout the claim form. Once this section is customized one-time, it will automatically update all pages within the flow. There is also an optional field to add a background image, versus using the default white color. The background image helps the portal feel more branded to your store.

Note: We highly recommend to add your brand logo, which will appear centered on the form. If a logo is not uploaded, then your brand name will display centered instead.

Form URL

This is the unique link that customers will visit to submit a claim for your store. By default, we insert the name of your store but you can customize this to a unique value as needed.
