Overview
This guide will walk you through the basics of the account dashboard including the core platform analytics and recent activity.
Top Chart
The 1st section of the Dashboard provides the key statistics for your program at Shipment Guard covering both Product Protection and Order Editing.
Total Protected Revenue - this is the amount of revenue collected by customers who have decided to opt-into your program. This metric helps to show how much additional income is being generated by your product protection program.
Attachment Rate - the % of customers who have opted-in for product protection, against total orders in your store. This metric helps to show how customers are interacting with your cart widget elements to add product protection to their order.
Claims Reimbursed - the total value of claims that have been paid back to customers (excluding the price of the product protection they paid). For example, if a customer files a claim on a product worth $100 and you approve the claim for a refund of $100, then this metric will be updated to $100.
Orders Edited - the # of unique orders that have been successfully edited via the Order Editing widget. For example, 10 customers decide to edit their order and make multiple changes per order - this metric will be updated to 10.
Recent Claim Activity
The 2nd section of the Dashboard provides an overview of the latest 5 submitted claims with the core information.
Click an individual claim row to see the claim details.
Click the "View Claims" button to see the claims history page.
Recent Order Edits
The 3rd section of the Dashboard provides an overview of the latest 5 edits made to orders via the Order Editing widget. If a customer made multiple edits, then they will show as individual rows.
Click the "View Order Edit Analytics" button to see a complete analytics overview of the Order Editing widget and it's associated modules.
