Overview
The tracking page allows your customers to easily track their orders and view shipment updates directly on your Shopify store. This feature is implemented as a Shopify theme extension, providing a seamless integration with your existing store design while giving customers a professional tracking experience.
Once set up, your tracking page will display a tracking widget where customers can enter their information:
Order Number: Customers can enter their Shopify order number
Email Address: The email address used when placing the order
Tracking Number: Alternatively, customers can use the carrier tracking number
The widget will automatically validate the information and display detailed tracking information when a match is found.
