Tracking Page Customization

Overview

The Tracking Page display settings allow brands to fully customize the appearance and content of their order tracking experience to match their brand identity. This feature provides complete control over the tracking widget, tracking page content, marketing assets, design elements, and product recommendations that customers see when tracking their orders.

Best Practices

  1. Color Contrast: Ensure sufficient contrast between text and background colors for readability

  2. Brand Alignment: Use colors and fonts consistent with your main website and brand guidelines

  3. Image Quality: Upload high-resolution marketing assets that load quickly (i.e.: small size) and look professional

  4. Clear Messaging: Write concise, helpful text that guides customers through the tracking process

  5. Regular Updates: Refresh marketing assets seasonally or for special promotions to maintain engagement

Tracking Widget Content

Customize the initial tracking widget where customers enter their information before accessing the full tracking page.

• Title - Customizes the main heading text that appears at the top of the tracking widget (default: "Track your Order").

• Order Number Label - Sets the label text for the order number input field to guide customers (default: "Order Number").

• Email Address Label - Sets the label text for the email address input field to guide customers (default: "Email Address").

• Tracking Number Label - Sets the label text for the tracking number input field to guide customers (default: "Tracking #").

• Button Text - Customizes the text displayed on the main action button customers click to access their tracking information (default: "Track My Order").

• Support Text - Sets the help text that appears above the support link for customers with issues (default: "Problem with your shipment?").

• Support Link Text - Customizes the clickable text that directs customers to your support page (default: "Contact us").

• Support Link - Sets the URL destination where customers are directed when they click the support link text.


Tracking Page Content

Customize the messaging and content shown to customers after they successfully enter their tracking information. The main page will now open showing the status of their order, marketing assets, product recommendations and all other content described below.

• Delivery Title - Sets the section heading for estimated delivery information displayed to customers (default: "Estimated delivery").

• Package Contents Title - Customizes the heading for the section that lists items included in the shipment (default: "Items in this package").

• Order Updates Title - Sets the heading for the Email/SMS notification signup section (default: "Get updates about your delivery").

• Order Updates Button Text - Customizes the text on the button customers click to subscribe to delivery notifications (default: "Sign Up").

Package Actions Section

This section primarily relies on our Order Protection program, which helps your brand grow revenue while ensuring customer orders arrived safely. • Shipping Issues Title - Sets the heading for the section where customers can report shipping problems (default: "Shipping Issues").

• Protection Explanation - Customizes the descriptive text explaining how shipping protection works for the customer's order.

• Report Issue Button Text - Sets the text on the button customers click to file a shipping protection claim (default: "Report Shipping Issue").

• Protection Image Upload - Allows uploading a custom image to visually represent shipping protection benefits in the package actions section.


Marketing Assets

Add up to two promotional images with embedded links to increase customer engagement and drive additional sales. These images will sit on the left side of your tracking page.

• Asset 1 Image Upload - Allows uploading the first marketing image (suggested 400x427 dimensions) to display promotional content to customers.

• Asset 1 Destination URL - Sets the URL where customers are directed when they click on the first marketing asset image.

• Asset 2 Image Upload - Allows uploading the second marketing image (suggested 400x427 dimensions) to display additional promotional content.

• Asset 2 Destination URL - Sets the URL where customers are directed when they click on the second marketing asset image.


Design Customization

The following options allow you to fully customize the tracking page to match your existing brand guidelines including color options (text, buttons, etc) alongside the font options for the page.

• Title Font Color - Sets the color for all main headings and titles throughout the tracking widget and page (default: #1E2432).

• Subtitle Font Color - Sets the color for all secondary text, descriptions, and subtitle elements (default: #4B505B).

• Selected Field Border Color - Sets the border color that appears when customers click into or hover over input fields (default: #0E0E0E).

• Primary Button Color - Sets the background color for main action buttons like "Track My Order" and "Sign Up" (default: #0E0E0E).

• Primary Button Text - Sets the text color for primary action buttons to ensure readability against the button background (default: #FFFFFF).

• Package Action Button Color - Sets the background color specifically for the "Report Shipping Issue" button in the package actions section (default: #0E0E0E).

• Package Action Button Text - Sets the text color for the package action button to ensure visibility and readability (default: #FFFFFF).

• Pending Progress Color - Sets the color for incomplete steps in the shipping progress bar to indicate pending status (default: #EBEBEB).

• Completed Progress Color- Sets the color for completed steps in the shipping progress bar to show delivery progress (default: #1773B0).

• Add to Cart Button Color - Sets the background color for product recommendation "Add to Cart" buttons in the upsell section (default: #0E0E0E).

• Add to Cart Button Text - Sets the text color for "Add to Cart" buttons to ensure contrast and readability (default: #FFFFFF).

Typography and Background

• Font Type - Selects the font family used throughout the tracking widget and page from available options (default: Arial). If you need a particular font added, please ask our support team via Live Chat or email: [email protected] and we will handle quickly.

• Background Image Upload - Allows uploading a custom background image for the tracking page (suggested 1600x1200 dimensions, max 5MB).


Product Recommendations

Configure how product suggestions are displayed to encourage additional purchases from returning customers. The recommendations section will sit at the bottom of the tracking page.

• Recommendation Type - Selects how products are chosen for display: Related Products (default), Manual Selection, or None.

• Section Title - Sets the heading text for the product recommendations area (default: "Customers also bought").

• Button Text - Customizes the text on product recommendation buttons that direct customers to individual products (default: "Shop Now").

• Button URL - Sets a custom destination URL for product recommendation buttons instead of individual product pages.
