Overview
This guide will provide a quick overview of the various options for your Order Tracking page.
To begin, go to: General Settings > Order Tracking

Within the general settings page for Order Tracking, there are a few notification options:
Send order status Email notifications - with this option enabled, Shipment Guard will automatically notify the customer when the shipment status changes on their order. For example, an email will be sent when the package is "Shipped" and another email when the package is delayed or delivered.
Send order status SMS notifications - similar, this option allows you to enable the sending of SMS notifications to customers based on the shipment status change. This option requires connecting one of our integration partners for SMS - Attentive or Postscript. Once connected, select the option and click save.
Customers can opt-in for order status SMS updates by adding their phone number into the order tracking page.
