Add Cart Slider to Cart

This guide will provide a complete walkthrough how to add the Cart Slider button to your cart flow for customers. The Cart Widget can be fully customizable to match your brand including text, logo and basic design options.

This tutorial is split into two parts, including your Shipment Guard account and your Checkout editor within Shopify.

Access your Shopify admin panel and follow these instructions:

Now that the Cart Slider is enabled, next we need to add the app block to your cart page. To better visualize this, we recommend to add a product to your cart in the editor. Follow these steps to handle this process and then add the Cart Slider:

Select the Shipment Guard Order Protection Widget and click & drag it to appear under the Subtotal price.

The Cart Slider will now appear. You can also move it around as needed to better fit the design of your cart.

If your store has a slide out cart (often called a Cart Drawer), we also have instructions how to add our Cart Slider to this area as well. This step does require basic technical knowledge of your theme which we cover in our tutorial video.
